PAs have played an integral role in caring for patients and adapting to the rapidly changing landscape over the last few months. As the Ontario leadership team of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA), we’ve had the privilege of hearing first-hand accounts of how frontline Ontario PAs have been battling this pandemic and the critical role(s) they play on the teams they work in. In this commentary, we reflect on our experiences and discuss some of the key challenges we faced during the initial stages of our COVID-19 response in Ontario.</p> ER -
