Physician Assistants (PA)s in Northern Alberta have the fortunate experience of monthly meetings to critically analyze scholarly articles, and discuss matters pertaining to PA clinical practice in the province. Since January 2018, the Edmonton PA Journal Club held its first meeting and has been successfully gathering since. This letter provides insight on the importance of evidence based medicine and the positive consequences of a close-knit PA community. This letter advocates for other groups across the country to engage in similar scholarly events.Downloads
